As part of our Welly Wednesday we had a walk around Brinkie's Brae to gather inspiration to write about our Brinkie's Brae Trow.

| It was a long way up to the top but we had great views of Stromness. |

| Although the clouds srarted turning black we were lucky that it only started raining when we got back into school. |

| We drew pictures of what we could see. |
 |
| We also picked materials to look at under our digital microscope. |
 |
| We talked about what our Trow would be doing up at the top of Brinkie's Brae and where would he live. |
 |
| We gathered lots of inspiration for our writing. |
